Stakeholders

For Mining Cooperatives

Cooperatives are the primary contributors to the fund (5% of gross production ). The CSAREM-SK is responsible for monitoring your obligations to the State and local communities and ensuring your operations comply with all legal provisions regarding hygiene, health, and environmental protection.

For Local Communities

Rehabilitation activities are conducted in agreement with the local community where the project is carried out. Local Monitoring Committees (CLSAREM) will be established in your territories, communes, and villages to ensure local involvement. The CSAREM-SK also manages the negotiation of social responsibility specifications (cahiers des charges) between companies and impacted communities.

Become a Partner / Provider

The CSAREM-SK evaluates the technical offers from organizations qualified to carry out rehabilitation work and monitors the quality of services provided. For support staff needs, the Committee recruits personnel based on competence through a public call for tenders.
